As should be obvious, no work by Kim can be exactly duplicated. However, be assured that any design you have seen can be duplicated to the point of being a "sister", if not a "twin".
Kim welcomes dealer arrangements, but those making "multiple" orders must remember that Kim's handmade craftmanship will never be automated. Dealer arrangements will be totally and individually negotiated.
Unlike individual orders for work, certain terms must be agreed upon before a dealer order may be begun:
While YOU may be the commissioner, KIM is the artist. All work will be released only when Kim, herself, is satisfied - and at that point, you will be satisfied, as well.
Should you require the work on a particular time frame, an expediting fee will be required - if, in Kim's estimation, the time frame required can be met, at all.
If you wish to negotiate on a price posted on this site, expect rejection.
A deposit of ½ the agreed upon total price (sans shipping) will be required before any work can begin.
As a courtesy, a 24 hour return-of-deposit period exists. That period begins at the time we receive your deposit monies and technically/legally indicates one business day. After this 24 hour return period, the deposit is no longer refundable, except by court order or the like. Expedited orders automatically waive this waiting period.
Completed works will not be shipped until full payment has been remitted and received.
All completed works are shipped FOB - our dock, freight collect unless other arrangements have been offered and accepted.
Any other terms or details will be negotiated on a per-order/commission basis.
Kim will NEVER begin work without speaking with you first.
The first order of business is to contact us. You will, ultimately if not immediately, speak with Kim to "iron out" details of your order/commission.
